Fort William Curling Club offers 3 nights of semi-competitive open league curling (Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays) allowing for any gender combination on a team. It is a great night out and spots fill up very quickly for this popular league.
Monday and Tuesday nights each accommodate up to 16 teams with two flights (A & B) comprised of 8 teams each, while Thursdays accommodate up to 32 teams between two timeslots and three flights (A, B & C). There are two round-robins throughout the season and three playoff games at the season's end. Teams can move up or down a flight based on their win/loss record after the first half of the season. This allows teams to find their appropriate skill level so games remain both competitive and fun.
