Payment Reminders
The FWCC will send payment reminders via email, text, or other means to league participants who have not paid their dues by this deadline. The participant is nevertheless solely responsible to pay their dues regardless of whether they receive a reminder.
Failure to Pay by Deadline
Failure to pay all dues in full, or obtain approval for a payment arrangement, one week after the deadline can result in deeming the participant ineligible to play in any league facilitated by FWCC and/or incurring a late processing fee of $50.
When a participant is deemed ineligible to play, FWCC will notify the skips and/or vice skips of their team(s) that if the participant continues to play, their team(s) will be removed from the draw schedule until approved payment arrangements are made or the participant is removed from their team. Teams may continue to play without the ineligible participant.
The FWCC will not refund dues for lost games due to an ineligible participant.
