Curling 101 Clinics are offered twice a year and are geared towards first-time curlers or those with limited experience who need a refresher. This two hour session will teach you the basics of the game and give you the skills needed to avoid slips and falls.
Overall, Curling 101 offers you a great opportunity to meet new members, while learning to deliver and sweep a rock, and score and play the game. Following the Curling 101 Clinic, participants are encouraged to enroll in our Adult Learn To Curl (ALTC) Program which runs for 8 weeks and offers a more comprehensive learning experience.
