One day learn to curl/Try curling clinic

Curious about curling but not sure how to begin? This clinic is designed for you. It’s ideal for brand‑new curlers and those with limited experience who want to build confidence on the ice. Participants will receive hands‑on instruction from experienced curlers who will offer personalized guidance throughout the session.

Clinic goals include:

• Learning how to deliver a curling stone, with a focus on:
  • Achieving a balanced delivery
  • Proper setup and alignment
  • Correct hand placement and release technique
• Putting your new skills into practice with a fun “draw to the button” contest (aiming for the centre of the rings)

We supply all necessary curling equipment needed for the clinic. All you need to bring is a pair of clean shoes (preferably with rubber soles) and warm and comfortable clothing.

We will also highlight opportunities to continue developing your skills during the 2026–2027 season through more regimented Learn‑to‑Curl programs and beginner‑friendly leagues that include on‑ice instruction.
