NEW MEMBERS

We welcome all community members with all abilities! To register as a new member, please first complete a New Member Request.  This will allow our web team to get you set up with a login and password. Once the web team confirms your request, you will then be able to Sign-Up to play in our leagues.   New Member Request

Note: A unique email address is required for each person registering, including Youth leagues

Payment Policy

Please be advised that league dues for all participants must be paid in full or payment arrangements must be approved by the Membership Chair prior to the final due date of October 31, 2025.
 
The FWCC will be sending payment reminders via email or other means to league participants who have not paid their dues by the final due date. If a participant has not provided accurate or up-to-date contact information, they will not be excused from the final due date or adhering to club policies.
 
If a participant has failed to pay their dues in full or has not made approved payment arrangements within one week of the final due date, the participant may be immediately deemed to be ineligible to play in all leagues facilitated by the club. The participant will also incur a late processing fee of $50.00.

If a participant who is playing in more than one league and has potentially paid dues for another league, but has not paid their dues in full or made approved payment arrangements within seven (7) days of being deemed ineligible to play, the FWCC reserves the right to apply any payments received from that participant to their outstanding balance for all league fees before providing any applicable refunds to the participant as a result of them being removed from all league activities.
 
If a participant is deemed ineligible to play, the Skips and Vice Skips of their team(s) will be notified that if the participant continues to play, their team(s) will be removed from the draw schedule until approved payment arrangements have been made or the participant has been removed from their team. Teams may continue to play without the ineligible participant.
 
The FWCC will not provide refunds for lost games due to an ineligible participant.
